Our Story

Dr. Shieva Ghofrany, who’s been an OBGYN for over 21 years has teamed together with Jenny Hayes, an integrative nutrition health coach who also happens to be pregnant.  Together they are documenting Jenny’s entire pregnancy journey and taking you along for the ride answering ALL the questions Shieva hears every day!
